The senior management and IT teams decided to use SAP for the Group’s ERP system, and more specifically: on premise SAP S/4HANA.
SCAI Fast was asked to standardise and re-engineer all processes in the following areas: treasury, investment planning, R&D project management, prototype management, and laboratory operations.
