Massimiliano Cipolletta will take part in the table dedicated to digital transformation
Turin, 22 January 2021 – With the Inception Meeting started on 21 January 2021, Massimiliano Cipolletta, CEO of SCAI Group, President of Digital Innovation Hub Piemonte, Vice President of the Unione Industriale di Torino, Member of the Board of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, is participating in the B20 Italy as one of the Italian delegates selected in the international Digital Transformation task force. B20 Italy is the most influential Engagement Group within the G20, the international forum that brings together the world’s leading economies.
Reserved for companies and their representative associations, this year’s B20, with a special focus on business continuity, will be held under the direction of Confindustria, which is at the forefront in supporting the Italian Presidency. Chair Emma Marcegaglia, appointed by Confindustria President Carlo Bonomi to lead the B20, will coordinate the work and draw up the business world’s proposals for the political leaders.
Massimiliano Cipolletta will take part in the table dedicated to digital transformation, one of the 8 task forces in which the CEOs of the most important national companies will confront each other in search of strategic solutions to help achieve the following international priorities. These are the working tables: Trade & Investment coordinated by Barbara Beltrame Giacomello, Energy & Resource Efficiency(Francesco Starace), Integrity & Compliance (Patrizia Grieco), Employment & Education (Gianpietro Benedetti), Digital Transformation (Maximo Ibarra), Finance & Infrastructure (Carlo Messina), Health & Life Sciences (Sergio Dompè) and Sustainability & Global Emergencies (Claudio Descalzi).
Some of the key issues that will be discussed at the global table in the Digital Transformation task force are the quality of infrastructure, digital literacy, adoption of innovative solutions, and the impact of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, IoT and I4.0 on market effectiveness and growth. These are all issues that Cipolletta pursues as an entrepreneur and through his commitment to the association.
The commitment is to unleash the full potential of the Digital Transformation, also as a driver of recovery: stimulating the demand for digital products and services by customers and businesses, enhancing the existing digital offer both at private and public level and consolidating digital and technological enablers.
