SCAI Fast has developed a data-driven project for SIR Safety System based on the availability and organisation of information.
The project makes use of a CRM system, i.e., a piece of software or customer database to manage prospective customers, customers, and contact data. The system provides up-to-date, verified information and interacts with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 technology to retrieve order and turnover data.
Objectives
To provide the SIR sales department with customer history, data and contact information using a CRM system integrated with SAP and AS400 and through the customisation of dashboards and masks.
To store and organise data on customer relationships and contacts (e.g., managing visit reports).
To improve the quality and availability of order and turnover data for individual customers through customised reports.
