The first Master Academy 2024 session has taken place in Milan, marking the beginning of a programme tailored for the SCAI Group’s managerial staff. The initiative seeks to facilitate the sharing and transmission of skills related to leadership and innovation, addressing evolving market dynamics.
This year, the format retains its hybrid nature, combining in-person sessions at key SCAI locations with remote lectures. The latter provides an opportunity to delve into technical expertise and soft skills such as conflict management, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
At this first meet-up, the morning session delved into the topic of Corporate Innovation, while the afternoon was dedicated to engaging team-building activities. Testimonials from participants in the 2023 Academy played a pivotal role.
