Notice of merger by incorporation of SCAI Consulting S.r.l. into SCAITecno S.p.a.
As of December 21, 2022, SCAI Tecno S.p.a. succeeded SCAI Consulting S.r.l.: all content associated with SCAI Consulting is associated with SCAI Tecno and available on the company’s page.
SCAI Tecno S.p.A. has also taken over ownership of the personal data already processed under the current Privacy Code. The information in extended form, including the rights that can be exercised, is available on the www.grupposcai.it/en/ site in the appropriate section.
