SCAI Finance has applied its previous expertise to develop a software application to retrieve order management monitoring data.

Specifically designed for orders tagged as “shipped” by the dispatch service, the software is able to combine order statuses with other information about parcels, such as their content, images and quantity, which is required to engage the product for emailing (Oracle Responsys).

Optimising e-Commerce processes

The software allows data to be checked and exported for marketing management purposes and to merge two data streams (from different DBs), which is followed by the creation of a single file exportable in email compatible format.
