Since 2007, Gruppo SCAI has been a Banco BPM Group partner for its Corporate Banking system management.
Over the last few years, the client has worked in circumstances that have seen an acute and continuous transformation.
Moving from a national context (CBI – Interbank Corporate Banking), the BMP Group has dealt with the migration to payment systems regulated at the European level (SEPA – Single European Payments Area), with strong overtones of system openness and interoperability (Open Banking – OpenAPI). Management of the Group Corporate Banking system has, therefore, required continuous, analytical and proactive support with business skills and technology.
SCAI has placed a highly specialised team at the disposal of the client. Able to support legislative framework analysis and swiftly implement all new developments, it guarantees the perfect time to market, both for compliance and business needs.
Among the services carried out with the client’s work groups is significant involvement in User Interface re-engineering for the Corporate customer Internet Banking system.
Here, the purpose was to assist – with an effective and functional UI – small, medium and large companies in their online operations. The work team received client graphic concepts and proposals and, based on these, designed and developed an optimised interface to meet the needs of business operators. Using specific software, a strategy was designed for the client’s needs. Various prototyping and graphics tools were studied for flows and navigation mechanisms so that a user-friendly interface is easily available to all users.
Today’s new UI is the central part of a completely renewed version of the system, in line with major structural changes in the banking group and the new brand image.
