The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire some personal data. The transmission of these data is implicit in the use of the Internet, which is based on the TCP / IP protocol.

This information is not collected to be associated but, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allowed to identify the users.

This category of data includes the “IP addresses” or the domain names of the computers used by users, the addresses in URI notation ( Uniform Resource Identifier ) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (good order, error,etc. … ) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check the correct functioning of the website.

The aforementioned data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of computer crimes against the SCAI Group websites or other sites connected to it: except for this eventuality, data on web contacts are not available. They didn’t persist for more than few days.

The user is free to provide or not provide personal data in the appropriate electronic request forms, in the sections of the website prepared for particular services on request. It should also be noted that don’t provide such data could make impossible to obtain what was requested.

Personal data are processed using automated and non-automated tools, only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data breach and unauthorized access.

Rights of the interested parties
The Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request integration or updating, or correction pursuant to art. 15 and following of the GDPR. The interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
